And you don't have to qualify that your increased fitness isn't about weight loss - even if it results in weight loss, you won't be kicked out of the FA club or anything (not that there is such a thing). <BR/><BR/>I find myself falling back into that same mental rut when I started going back to the gym. Part of the reason I avoid the gym is because it still feels like punishment to me from my eating disorder days. I have to keep reminding myself that if I don't feel like going, then I won't go. It's hard to do, though and I empathize.<BR/><BR/>I thought about you a few weeks ago and checked your blog.
